Barry founded Pentire Associates in 2005 and has continued to work as a hands-on recruiter managing assignments in our key areas.
Barry began his financial services career in London working for a European bank, firstly developing skills as a financial analyst and then working on a bullion and precious metals desk. After making the move to recruitment he developed a niche helping to hire traders and salespeople in FX and interest rate markets. Working in Sydney from 2004 , Barry developed a strong network in Institutional/Investment banking and Financial Markets that continues to this day.
